As Cory pointed out, I wasn't speaking directly towards the OP, but in general.

Polite CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is good. Impolite, UNCONSTRUCTIVE criticism; which is what the OP is, is just someone being an *******.

Being an ******* doesn't improve anything, except hostility towards the *******. Ranting isn't criticism, and ranting tends to be geared more towards pissing someone off and being an ******* then it is to bring about positive change.

It doesn't even matter what's in the body of the post. The title alone is an attempt to be a douchbag.

You could write the great american novel that centers around the life of Ghandi, but if you title that novel "Ghandi was a giant *****" you're unlikely to sell to many copies.


Well i still think that the description eve is boring and sucky nails the situation on the head. i dont mind his youthey terminology at all if anything i think its crassness multiplies its effect to a direct honest portrayal af what eve is in our opinion at the moment.

'Start making constructive, well thought out posts and people may start listening to you. To date you have made a complete and total ass of yourself; acting like you were someone high up in Test who "blew a whistle" then that post the other day full of left handed questions.

Just stop talking about how you wish things were and play the game for a while. You are probably never going to catch the leaders, if you cant handle that then go play another game.

What kind of response do you expect to get when you say you think the game is sucky and boring.

If that's your opinion quit ******* playing the game.

The hell do you expect someone to tell you when you say that, it's the ONLY repsonse you should ever expect to get.

Just like I tell someone that tells me one of my peices "sucks". Don't ******* buy it *******.


Edit: It's about politeness. When you say it's sucky and boring you're not being polite, you're being an *******. Expect to get treated as appropriately as you felt the need to treat.

your logic makes no sense whatsoever.

first off, he has reasons for playing eve and enjoyed it .... he has played it for a long time and it has become boring to him ... he is simply stating his own opinion on the state of the game.

second he has many very viable arguments and obsrvations in his op ... are they all invalid just because he used the word sucky in his overheadding?

hes calling out for ccp to make the game better because like with so many of us complaining WE DONT WANT TO QUIT because we love eve ... WE JUST THINK IT NEEDS SOME ADDITIONAL CONTENT.

also you would always say stop playing the game then right..... I bet you a million bucks you would not once say that if your income was generated by this game.

by the way he is being emotional yet rational about a game he loves.... why on earth are you defending eve and ccp so hard,

I was wondering why I was getting likes for such old thread.

Well to be honest one can disagree with somebody else till kingdom comes. Although it does not mean they are right.

Consider for a moment there was a game that did not force feed you with a silver spoon and everything else was not handed to you on a silver platter. Now imagine you are responsible for creating your own content using what available in the game. Would that not be awesome? It sounds very cool, a game where I am not fed shyte and led down the yellow brick road to the inevitable predictable end.

I heard of such game, they call it EVE. Now go and create your gameplay.
