Flashing red pod at a gate in high sec, asking to be podded (I mean actually asking in local) killing him gives him killrights on me right?

Lets let the forums settle the argument.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Suspects & criminals aswell as ppl with -5 sec status(often referred to as criminals aswell) can be shot without generating killrights(yes pods aswell since retribuition). He is most likely asking to be podded to get home ..or less likely to get a limited engagement with you so he can kill you once his criminal timer runs out while the engagement timer still runs.

Yeah thats what I assumed easiest way to get 50js. He didn't wana fight just a ticket home.

Of course selfdestruct would have worked just as well.

Now you can pod-kill the following persons in HIGH SEC, too without consequences except getting a limited engagement. Blink
- People flagged as a Suspect
- People with security lower than -5.0
- People flagged as a criminal

kind regards, ryan
