Who to go to about issues with EVE client updates?

I've had a bug filed since 2013.01.17 00:33. It's a bug where the client crashes because of an issue with the updater, and I've given detailed explanations about what the problem is (it wasn't so hard considering I had a python stack trace to give me the answer). It's the only bug I've filed that's still marked as "Not Filtered". This bug makes me go through a several hour process every time there's an update (multiple times since I filed the bug, twice in the last 2 days) because the only workaround is to download the new client dmg, extract it, then drag it to the applications folder. Is there anything I can do to raise this issue so someone can take a look at it, or are case-sensitive 10.6 Macs not important enough?

open your game, log in, hit F12
open a new petition with all details and a ccp support will assist you.

Thank you, now I just have to re-download the client again because of another update today. I should be able to file that petition in a few hours....
