I do believe you have an entirely different, and much higher opinion of people than i do.

I do agree to the ups and downs of civilization.

But look at Null-sec, the alliances that are in control have made it safe for it's members and allies.
People want a safe place to live.
Very few people are true rebels.





Yes I am an alt. I see no reason to make it easy for bullies and greifers

I did not say that Eve is safe.
I said "people want a safe place to live"
Meaning that in a "realistic" future, I would not expect that to go away.

I am not stupid.
I have been podded several times at time when I felt fairly safe.
I know it is not safe.
But obviously, some areas are safer than others either by game design or who likes you.

Anyone who thinks that any part of EVE is totally safe will eventually be shown the light.

You want to be able to do criminal activity undetected. Fair enough. But this is a MMOG which means when the solution to not becoming a criminal has been found everyone will start doing it. It won't work deal with the consequences or quit.

Btw. I like how the op constantly tells people they don't understand his first post. Looking at the number of people not understanding it. you might come to the conclusion that it is not the people but the op that is the problem...

I never said anyone of you has no clue about the game... i just stuck with what i am saying and you all accused me of saying something else. all i said was dont make high any safer and you all said im crying for more pvp in high ... that is simply false if you like it or not. at some point i said it might be nice if criminals had a small chance of escaping concord yet this chance would have to be so small that one couldnt rely on it , and it so would not change the percentage of ganking by any noticeable number......

i never said eve needs this feature i said it might just make it seem a little more organic.....

I want NPC rats blowing **** up!! I want to see NPC gate camps, station camps and obliterate unsuspecting miners. Im tired of seeing these cheesy rats in the belts.....so called "spies" and "scouts".

CCP, highsec as it stands right now is boring. Its too safe an area of the game. Dont nerf the rewards of carebears in highsec. Increase them. But make 0.5-0.7 systems more dangerous with good bounties for retaking systems. Good bounties for eliminating NPC gate and station camps. Give players a reason to escort freighters, protect miners and provide cover for mission runners to get out of station to go complete a

Freighters autopilot all throughout Empire without much risk. Miners afk in belts with only gankers to worry about. I want to see carebears band together to retake their home when the NPC pirates invade and make it as dangerous to leave station as if they were in lowsec or null. Carebears are good at one thing.....killing NPCs. So CCP, give them more **** to shoot at.

Have Sleepers hop in from that new k162 that spawned and start kiling players in hisec. Give players a reason to pay attention before undocking.

Have NPCs pod players too.

At least for a few months, have all the NPC pirate factions truly invade highsec so it affects EVERYONE who lives in 0.5-0.7 systems. Incursions are cool, but not dangerous enough. I want to see exploding pinatas in highsec. Make us all have to fight to defend our homes. Because right now, the highsec PvE is just too damn easy and boring. Some love PvE without the PvP. So give us more intense PvE in highsec.

Set highsec on fire!!!!!!!

which is moot really, when they can spend minimal amounts of isk (comparing thier cost to the victims loss) and in turn cause billions (trillions?) of isk in damages by throwing thier ships into freighters traversing highsec.
