Looking for a Tengu pilot with (in approximate order of importance)

Subsystem skills to 5

Missile support skills to 5

Heavy missile spec. to 3 or 4

Shield management to 4/5 and Core engineering skills to 5.

Scanning skills to at least 3

Cloaking to 4

Good Nav skills.

I have an upper limit of 8b. I will consider pilots that don't meet all of the above
