Well... I guess that could be me since I think I was the only one working on it now. But it's not really new interface, did you maybe have the flat view on before? (I did change the default so now the hierarchy view is default)

Good change. Next improvement would be in the invite confirmation area to make it easier to process applications to join a fleet. Being able to see not just who has applied to join a fleet, but where they are and what ship they are in would make this much more usable than it is now.
