Both partys have checked and are happy with eveboard skills/implants/standings

Neither characters come with any notable assets of any kind and will both be in NPC corporations and located in highsec at the time of transfer.

The owner of saltrock0000 has agreed to transfer his character first, and once recieved I will transfer this character to the account of his choosing. The trade will be done in 2 steps where we both want the desired character on the account the character is sent from. - 1 character transfer can be active at a time per account.

Each "seller" will pay the transfer fee's for his character.

My alternative contact shall be Devious Relation which I will respond in this post to confirm.
