Mission problem - No cargo to pick up

Accepted this mission maybe an hour ago, im at the correct station as you can see but i can not for the life of me find the Homeless people anywhere in the cargo.

Am i missing something here ? (most likely yes) I asked in game chat (rookie) but no answer.

Are you sure that you've accepted the mission?

In the screenshot you linked its still showing up as "offered" in your journal and not as "accepted".

It only gets worse when you accept the mission, forget the cargo, travel a bunch of jumps, just to realize you left the cargo back in the original system lol

Didn't they add something in Retribution that warns you about leaving a station without taking cargo? I was almost positive this was a change, as it was very welcome.

They did add that, not sure when though, but you have to accept the mission before you get the pop up. In the OPs case the mission was still in the offered phase.
