If Goonswarm are the most hated alliance in EVE then why has no one decided to take them out yet?

We actually have lost all our stuff a couple times, our beginnings in new eden were meager and quite rocky. We have been through a lot of turmoil, conflict and wars. Smart folks learn from mistakes and do not repeat them. There is quite a long-winded history of goonfleet on our wiki that details all these things- I think it would make for a killer TMC feature or PDF somewheres.

Getting the Goons out of 0.0 is like cleaning a toilet.

It has to be done at some point, but noone is brave enough to stick their hands in a bowl of *hit to start the process.

1) Go buy yourself 20 cats.
2) Attempt to herd those cats.
3) Now pretend those cats are pilots in EvE.

Do this and youll have your answer.

This is actually a good idea for everyone in highsec and NPC corp warmongers who wish that someone somewhere would do something they desire in 0.0

then do it with 256 cats, then 512 and then 756

That would be 1,2 and 3 fleets, about enough for a final timer on something important Smile

No, he's referring to a saying in EVE, and MMO's in general, that trying to get a group / guild / corporation organized to do something is like trying to herd cats. The effort involved is very high.

Also, sometimes your cats might jump instead of bridging the other 255 cats.
