Two questions about Sansha anomalies

Hi all,

I plan to try Sansha NPC null sec for some exporation and anomalies. Could someone help me with three quesions please?

1 - Is it viable to do Sansha plexes (Sanctums, Hubs, ...) with a sniper tier 3 BC? I've made very good experiences with a rail Naga or Talos in Serpentis NPC null. But how mean is Sansha tracking disruption in anomalies? Is it doable in a tachyon Oracle or will I be TDed most of the time?

2 - How profitable is exploration in Sansha NPC null? How valuable is Sansha loot in comparison? Sansha ships aren't used in PvP that much (like Bhaalgorn, Machariel or Vindicator). Same for frig and cruiser class. The Nightmare is more a PvE boat at the moment. What does this mean for the market prices for dropped blueprints? Also how valuable are Sansha module drops?

3 - How viable is Stain (Sansha NPC null) for a small corp looking for a good mix of small gang PvP and exploration/anoms? We tried Syndicate already. It's nice in terms of PvP but good anoms are a bit rare.

Thanks a lot for any hint!

Edit: added a third question

1. Oracle works pretty well against Hubs. Come in at 100, plink the small guys. I've been able to get in the 70-80km range without getting hit at all. Under that and you're looking at TD and damage from the battleships. Their lasers won't hit you, but missiles will. TD isn't too much of a problem at that range in my experience. EDIT: Keep an eye on the rat laser colors. The ones using Radios will hit you at 60-70 with them, if they're all using Multis then you can afford to come in closer.

2. It's comparable to everywhere else. Nightmare's are going for 925ish in Jita.

3. Anoms in Stain are going to stink just like any low sec rating null space. PvP is decent, lots of people to shoot, but it's pretty hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes you get lucky, other times it's a ghost town.
