Good starting char, but I think it's pretty clear that you're asking wayy too much.

EVE character appraiser (http://gemblog.nl/skill/) puts this toon at 2.6 bil ISK. To my understanding, it's a bit outdated, but by multiplying that value by 1.75 is a good rule-of-thumb of the actual value.

2.6 bil ISK * 1.75 = 4.55 bil ISK

I'm not in love with this toon enough to go any higher, but good luck
