You must be new here. It's not like you can demand CCP to be on time with updates or even go and vote for update options 6 months ahead of patch schedule - like it's done by SOE in Planetside 2 (so devs could save their time and cut off options nobody is interesting in).

Except, you DO vote ahead of time, for a CSM, which is your elected representatives, whose job it is to represent your views on what should happen to the game. CSMs come on the forums, listen to views, and accept evemails. They will push member ideas, should they fit in with their own campaign platform.

The key difference being that CCP uses the CSM as a sounding board/suggestion platform, and only keeps them involved with part of the process, often ignoring or keeping them out of the loop, as opposed to PS2 where votes are actually used to directly determine changes and implimentations.

Actually I've been playing since 2006 and CCP are usually ahead of their game and posting the patch changes a couple of days before release. You know sometimes when they add changes and highlight them in green because that change made the final build etc. With less than 24 hours until deployment you would figure that they would post the changes so the community (paying customers) can review them...

With really good skills, NPC corp standing and a 50% base output NPC station you can now actually get a 100% refinery output.

I've been doing this for years already, as far as I could see I've been getting 100% output.

"When loaded with Nanite Repair Paste, the AAR triples the rep amount (repairs 2.25x a T1 repairer when loaded)."

I was just about to ask how it can triple the rep amount and do 2.25x the rep amount, but I think I understand that the loaded AAR triples its rep amount of 3/4 a T1 repper. It's too early.

Short answer, to keep things simple they removed any defense bonus from active modules (like the Adaptive Invulnerability Field) when not powered on. This means that if you get nueted in an active tank fit ship the module not longer provides any bonus to your ship. It also effectively nerfs the various compensation skills by taking away half their usefulness. So, you either go passive or active, CCP doesn't want to maintain or support 'dual function' items.

There were a couple threads on this but CCP response has basically been, 'that's the way it is"

But if you look in the little text in the upper right of the reprocessing screen it only says 99.5%

Perhaps Greyscale didn't think it was all that important anyway, I'm surprised the Shield Compensation skill change got listed.

Another great patch, kudos.

But "Jumping Destination: ..."? Please change it to "Jump destination: ..."

If it has to be "jumping" at least throw a "to" in there and drop the colon.

Thank you in advance for placating my OCD.
