My armor tank has a much better resist profile than the NM's shield tank
I can hit things better within my 10-15 km web range (depending on if you use reasonably priced faction webs)
My targetting range is slightly better,
I can lock more targets at once
I am faster (11.7%)

One could easily match the NMs firepower with 4 HS in the lows, then mount a good enough tank with 2 hardeners and a large rep in the lows.
Mids: web, sebo, Tcs.... seems good enough to me

The ability to tractor wrecks from farther away, and hold more loot is meh...

Edit: but I predict a couple salvos of RF Fusion from 1400mm guns will be the end of the OPs ship

5.2B in ship+fitting as per pyfa. Another ~2 billion in Crystal implants.

Faction tachyons use less cap, you don't need T2 ammo, and they cost more.
Caps out in 2m48s (or 3m8s with tractors/salvagers off.)
Tank is 1152.9 burst. Alternately, you can downgrade to a Pithum A-Type MSB for 521.5 tank for 7m17s or 11m5s w/o tractors/salvagers.

You can save money by dropping the RF TEs for Tech IIs.

925 DPS + drones. Range: 46.6km+48km. Tracking: 0.022
