Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

I agree. I'm a new character, and I made 20m ISK after an hour and a half of exploration in hisec.

I have NO business making THAT kind of ridiculous, imbalanced, risk/reward money.

EDIT: Fixed the ridiculous amount of money I made

I once made 400m ISK in half an hour of hisec exploration. I would also like highsec to be nerfed.

You seem really upset about the impending hisec nerf. I recommend learning how to actually pilot ships and interact with other players in a spaceship MMO in preparation for the Great Hammer of Nerfdom.
