thats more than its worth...i'd take the 2bil and run. its a droneboat character that cant fly a drone boat it only has the most basic mining skills

a mining char without the drone skills is worth more... here you have drone skills as add on a drone boat you can skill in a week...

TBH you should have just posted it as a VERY good ice mining Hulk/Mackinaw pilot.
