He stated something during an interview. Your opinion of 'random banter out of context' is rather odd.

In a way, but not as bad as this review of Charlie Sheen's latest film. My God ! Even Bill Murray is bad ????

it might be"Full Moon Fright Night", which aired on SciFi starting in '02, but only had 13 episodes.

here is an interesting clip, i remembered the bartender being different though, so maybe i am misrememberring something else he did as well.

TBQFH, I didn't really like the ST reboot that much to begin with, way too action-sequency and a bit too lens-flarey for my taste.
If that's what's unavoidably coming to both ST and SW, I'd have to more than agree with Shatner here, maybe JJ should not direct either, let alone both.
P.S. On second thought, maybe he could direct SW, but please get somebody else for ST.

It's funny what happened there with that. Abrams had the lens flares pretty much only on the bridge itself, But the guys at ILM doing the effects took it as a directorial cue and inserted them into the background work and main shots they were doing too ! So it was a kind of accident that there was such a plethora of flares (Michael Bay still holds the lens flare crown though).

Maybe this time Abrams will be a bit clearer with instructions for ILM.

So, a straight person who saw an interview with Takei where he explained the Shatner Wedding Feud, and then used that in a posting on the Forum, you would automatically consider as gay ?

That sounds like the ancient days when it was illegal and just getting caught with a gay servant was enough to bring the reputation of the entire house down. Way to much assumption there.

Although you are of course correct about me, this really is not enough substantial information in this day and age to make that sort of 'decision' about someone.

Alright, this is just not substantiated and is verging on the hostile.

I have no idea what essing is, so that's why I can't take it as a joke.

On a different note, yes, I thought it was funny. Hilarious in fact.
