Thanks

Maller is still a good bait ship because since the buff and it's viability as a solo cruiser people don't consider it to be a bait ship anymore.

Whatever no one else uses as bait. Seriously. And make it look like you're trying pretty hard not to get caught, people get suspicious easily when you're asking to get tackled but are equally overconfident when they finally catch someone whose been bouncing celestials to get away from them

Dual shield and hull tanked Raven. You just need to make it look like you are trying hard and then laugh when they start the smack in local when they get through your shields. Then drop a few Megas or armor/AC Pests on them.

Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the wise. Seek what they sought.

Don't use the tanky barges..

don't use a prophecy

don't use a maller

don't use a damnation.

Use a vexor.. a harbinger.. anything else

Best bait ship is a ship that is reasonably tanky but solo viable and not the tankies thing in its class.

A carrier at a gate. Will work as massive bait, just make sure you have enough DPS to kill the incomming blob.

It's a brute, DO IT!

Better yet, hull tanked Archon.

Get caught doing something conspicuously dim like belt ratting in hostile space in a capital *whistles innocently*, try a few token defensive measures, launch fighters and whatever other drones you have on board to keep people interested while the news filters through various intel channels that your fail armour tank is dropping fast and every scrub in the constellation comes running to whore on the mail.

You drop into structure and even more people turn up. And then your structure goes on. And on. And on. And just as you drop below 25% hull you pop the cyno and bridge in your fleetmates :))

Carriers are really good bait ships, especially in belts if there mining or just ratting in general.
