If they'd actually shoot the target, they'd get on the mail.

I would love to see this implemented, Logistic pvp pilots would shoot through the roof!

I personally don't care too much about logis showig up on hostile kill mails, but would rather that they made it on friendly ones.

Having a seperate section for remote assist modules on loss nails would, I feel be far more interesting and useful. It would require a re-write of most killboards, but you would be able to see interesting metrics such as which of your logi pilots is slackig off and which are providing the most reps.

Of course, this does bring the obvious downside of logis being "punished" For doing well. To solve this, I see no reason why both this system and the one in the OP (crime watch flags link you to km)can't be implemented simultaneously.

Can this only be applied in low/null? Because I can see it getting really stupid in highsec as carebears use the mechanic to get on every shiny killmail they can without actually doing anything.

This. Even just applying an ECM or web drone to the target will do it. Logis currently have the ability to get on killmails.

If they arent corp members they go suspect on repping.
Then they die.
So no let it be done more kms for those fit for pvp.

I've seen a lot of logis go suspect for repping...I've yet to see one die.

I say take killmails out of the game entirely.

It would be totally hilarious to see who ragequits over it.

But then I'd have to take notes and stuff. As it is, I can just browse through my combat log and reminisce over all the fun times.

Then you are quite obviously the "fail" and the "fool" as it were.
If they are to go suspect it is your right nay your sacred duty to ensure they go home in their pod.
No really if they go suspect from repping they also cant redock for 1 minute so you really do have to blame yourself for the lack of killing.

logi hulls should have a role bonus of +1000% scan resolution so we can lock hostile targets, dronewhore on them and retarget our fleet to rep without losing too much time.

EWAR modules will be barred from these hulls

Why would I shoot logi that is giving me reps?

I like the way you think.

Did you miss the entirety of the last expansion or something? Logi inherit the aggression timer of the person they're repairing now, preventing them from docking.

If you want to get on killmails, contribute to the kill. In the meantime logistics are flown by people who enjoy the work. Adding logistics to killmails will result in logistics being flown by people who have been cajoled, coerced or otherwise conscripted into the role, and the quality of logistics in the game will drop.

I could use some killmails. Preferably of losses in Jita, if you could.
