Character Bazaar

I'm wanting to buy a non-caldari combat pilot. My hard budget is 8b isk, i can't/won't go above this. I'm looking for a pilot in the nieghborhood of 20-25m SP (with very little waste - trading, indy, corp, leadership, etc - i don't need any of that). I'd prefer gallente, but amarr and minmatar will be considered as well.

Needs - these are minimums
T2 guns in at least one type (projectile, hybrid, energy) in small and medium
Good core/support/fitting skills
Good gunnery skills
A positive wallet
Ability to properly fit and fly up to a battleship (t2 tank on BS, t2 tank and guns on t1 ships that are lower)

Wants - these aren't necessary, but for max price I'd like a lot or most of them
Fairly clean corp history
Gallente
T2 Large guns - This one is damn near manditory, but I'll consider special cases.
At least one racial cruiser to 5
The ability to fly some tech 2 ships (strategic cruisers would be great as well)
Positive sec status - this isn't necessary, but if status is negative I expect seller to take that into account when naming price
: AWU 5
Decent drone skills
BS5 isn't necessary but would be nice for one of the races
Good navigation skills

Do not wants - these won't discount you automatically, but I won't offer full budget if you have this stuff
Caldari
A lot of skill waste in non-combat skills (Indy I'm looking at you)
Negative sec status - read above
Long periods of time in TEST
Tons of kill rights against me (not a huge deal, but annoying, a few aren't a problem but if there are 20+, it might be an issue)


I literally can't go above 10 billion, so please don't post if you wont accept that, it'll just waste both of our time. I'm not really interested in any pilots under 20m SP.

Would really like to have this done within the next 24 hours, so show me what you got!
