No say Tengua plox The massive issue here is that i'm well skilled in anything amarr, which is not too helpful in a C4 Pulsar. Would a gang of two rattlesnakes, 1 scorp navy and me in a Nightmare be a possibility? Cap is obv. the issue

Gives you about 13 minutes of cap with everything running. Just turn off the invuln field when nothing is shooting you and you have 45 minutes of cap. With scorch you can hit plenty far. Dps is decent, just be sure your friends are on the ball with reps and you should be fine.
