Looking for a Minmatar PVP pilot.

Gotta have:

Awesome Gunnery skills
Awesome support skills.
Good Tank / Fitting skills
Good Nav skills
Racial Frig Cruiser and BC 5 if possible.

Would love to see some t3 skills to.

Got a max budget of 11b for now.

Awesome fitting and Gunnery skills, has Minmtar ships at IV except for BS which is at V. Decent tanking skills.

Tarmikos: abit to much indy, but its going in the right direction when it comes to V skills. ill think about it
