Looking for a decent named toon with preferably but not limited to:

Arrow Battlecruises & Destroyers V
Arrow Racial Carrier V
Arrow Racial Dread IV-V
Arrow Support Capital skills
Arrow Some T3 options with good skills
Arrow Good Subcap support skills
Arrow Recon V pilot

I have no interest in toons with Research/Industry/Trade.
I do not care about security status or factions.

If you have a very awesome toon I may be willing to sell some assets to jump the budget up to 25 bil, but only for exceptional toons, not overpriced decent toons.
