Int/Mem Skill plan help

So I posted before on this, but my goals have changed. I WAS putting focus on pvp'ing, while I do still want to do some pvp, the ships I will be flying have changed. I plan on using sub-BS ships (operating out of a C1 hole). We are planning on building BS's solely for POS defense and such, but the majority of the pvp will be in cruisers, some frigs, and BC's. I plan on using Gallente and Minmatar ships. Specifically, I am aiming for an Ishtar, Vaga, Wolf, and Hound. I will also be using a Cheetah for scanning and scouting.

My original plan ended up looking like this:

Projectile Weapon Rigging II
Shield Rigging II
Launcher Rigging II
Projectile Weapon Rigging III
Shield Rigging III
Launcher Rigging III
Shield Compensation IV
Jury Rigging IV
EM Armor Compensation IV
Explosive Armor Compensation IV
Kinetic Armor Compensation IV
Thermic Armor Compensation IV
Projectile Weapon Rigging IV
Shield Rigging IV
Launcher Rigging IV
Energy Grid Upgrades V
Long Range Targeting V
Shield Upgrades V
Evasive Maneuvering V
Shield Compensation V
Shield Management V
Energy Management V

What I want to know is if anything needs to be removed or added. Off the top of my head, I see a couple that could probably be removed, but I would like to know what you guys think.

Off the top of my head...

- Armor repping skills, both local and remote
- Since it looks like you are training for both shield and armor tanking, add the individual damage type shield compensation skills and tactical shields to 4
- Bombs Big smile
- Add some ECM skills in there

I spent two years living in a C3 wormhole. Since you are operating out of a c1 wormhole, I'm sharing the list of skills that we highly recommended as a Good Idea™ to our corp members before they moved into our old wormhole. You probably already have or know these but if not...

- Scanning skills - even if you have a scanner alt, we required all members to have at least basic scanning skills
- Starbase Defense Management to at least level 3
- Cloaking
- Covops

Hope this helps!

Edit: Didn't notice you listed your character board link oops - so ignore the stuff I mention that you already have!

Evasive Maneuvering V
Shield Compensation V
Shield Management V
Energy Management V
Energy Grid Upgrades V
Long Range Targeting V

This are the skills I thought I might could do without. Half of them were only in their for certain T2 ships, which now, I do not plan on using.

Any opinions on these? It would save quite a bit of time if I could take them off, but have no problem training them of they are "needed".

I'd keep Long Range Targeting V and Energy Management V. Those are a couple Level 5s that are basic all-around goodness for everything as you'll usually want to be targetting farther and have more cap. Energy Grid Upgrades V if you're having fitting issues. It's on my skill plan because I'm Int/Mem mapped and I don't want to find out I want it after I map to Perc/Will.

Shield Compensation V if you'll be using Shield Boosters a lot (or when it counts). Shield Management V is nice, but I guess not needed. Depends on what you are saving time for. But those two you could do without.

I suppose you are right. I think I'm getting in a hurry because it feels like I have been Int/mem forever! Ready to get on with my per/will remap lol

Late reply but since you're still working on the int/mem skills I would also add thermodynamics in to 4/5 (and related nanite skills to 3/4), energy emissions systems to 4.

I would recommend Advanced Weapon Upgrades IV, and a cheap PG4 fitting implant on top of that. Also Drones Rigging IV for Ishtar, which is low on CPU and grid.

Armor Rigging IV helps a bit with the poor agility of trimarked Gallente ships. All in all, it might be good level all rigging skills up, they are not very slow and all give a substantial reduction in the rig drawback.
