Simple as this:
Gunnery skills are ok but need significant work to make good.
Mechanic and Engineering skills need some love.
LvL 3 Subsystem skills are yuck. LvL 4 minimum to market as a "Legion Pilot" To acheive lvl 5 in all of these represents a 25 day training investment.
No T2 Large Flashlights - Large Energy Turrent 5 needs to be trained.
No T2 Medium Flashlights - Odd for a "Amarr" Pilot who can fly Legion
Heavy Assault Missiles LvL 4 which means that has to be trained to use a HAM legion right + Subsystem skills
Ok drone skills need some love and you have no cap skills (other than repping) and for dread Large Energy Turrent 5 needs to be trained.


You might not like what I have to say and feel free to turn down my offer. But I'm being honest as the character is not worth the 13 Bil due to the work needed to finish the needed items.

Let me know if you are willing to come down on the price. I'm only offering 6 Bil. Make me a counter offer if you don't like it.
