What I mean by item descriptions:

レベル上昇ごとにECMターゲットジャマーの強度が30%増加、レベル上昇ごとに遮蔽装置のCPU使用量が 96%～100%減少。

性能ボーナス:サイノシュラルフィールド生成時の液体オゾン消費量が80%減少、サイノシュラルフィールドの起動時間が50%短縮。

Force recon ships are the cruiser-class equivalent of covert ops frigates. While not as resilient as combat recon ships, they are nonetheless able to do their job as reconaissance vessels very effectively, due in no small part to their ability to interface with covert ops cloaking devices and set up cynosural fields for incoming capital ships.

Recon Ships Skill Bonus:
30% bonus to ECM Target Jammer strength per level and -96% to -100% reduced CPU need for cloaking device per level.

Role Bonus: 80% reduction in liquid ozone consumption for cynosural field generation and 50% reduction in cynosural field duration.

It would seem the database includes all the English descriptions but not the Japanese. There's trnTranslations, but that appears to be something else(I think I remember the incursion site text being in there). Conceivably, there could be Japanese players who would want to integrate this information into a web interface for the database, but personally I'm interested in it as a huge source of example sentences.(I find it encouraging that I haven't heard many complaints about the translation from the Japanese player base. High-quality collections of example sentences can be hard to come by.) So in some form please release these descriptions!
