All sub-capital Navigation skills at 5 except High Speed Maneuvering, it's at 4
Engineering skills are nearly all at 5 and cover all basic needs, Mechanic and armor tanking skills are excellent as well, If you can sit in it, it has max cap, armor, shields, cap regen etc.

While Amarr-only so far, Gunnery skills are perfect - all support skills are at 5 and all specialization skills from small to large are at 4. Missile skills are nearly perfect - there are two support skills at 4 and while cruise missiles and torpedoes are at 5 the spec skills are missing atm. No FoF/Defender missiles at this time - all easy to fix. Drone skills are acceptable, while the only racial spec is Amarr, almost all drone support skills are at 5 and the special drone skills are at 4.

I have given this a lot of though and realized, that I'm sick and tired of this character. Tired of owning her when there is no time to play her, Tired of skilling her when I never get to use those skills myself, sick of this auction. I want to get rid of this whole situation as soon as I can, prefferably not by biomassing this toon.

So here is the final, simple deal.

Do you want this character? Good. I will sell it to you. This former auction is now a sale, and the first person to offer me 18 billion isk for her will recieve the character after 24 hours from the moment the offer was made, unless anyone offers anything higher, (with a 500 million bid increase) then that offer will be accepted, within the original offer's remaining time. In short, once an offer of 18 billion is made, this toon is sold right after 24 hours, no matter what.

The only allowed exception to this will be any offers of 20 billion or higher, the first offer of such a volume of isk can be considered to be an instantly accepted but-out and I will go through with the sale as soon as I possibly can. This exception exists solely to entertain the notion that anyone want this toon enough to offer such a sum. I find it highly unlikely however, thus the 18 billion sale's mark.
