Add status bar to charter bio screen. Based on what a player does. Keep track of players he has killed npc and ores.. just in numbers. It can be like levels like a system has. one through ten or just numbers. It be hard to keep track of past so just have it like a military and indy level thing. also loyalty bar.. base don how long a person has stayed in one corp and or his alliance.It be nice if alliance had a CTA feature in client. When Cta is called people shoing up are accounted for and effecting teh bars on a charters bio. and all this effecting or giving bonus to a charter while killing npc

Actually, there are a lot of killboards that do something very close to this. There is no need for an in-game mechanic because this mechanic does not impact the gameplay on any level.

Please seek out those websites and/or corps/alliances that already implement these ideas.
