WTB Multi-Race PVP CHAR - Revamped specifics inside

Will entertain 1 race chars, but interested in chars with excellent spaceship command, More than 1 Frig, Crui, BS V, also BC and Destroyer V. All t2 ships training would be of benefit but not to stressing about it because I dont have much of a problem training for tier 2, its various tier 1

Must have:

AWU V
Cybernetics V (almost essential but IV bare minimum)
Decent support skills, drones, all the usual BS

Chars will be browsed on an individual basis, If you have one good specific area, such as all spaceship command BS under for 4 races at V, and weak everything else I might still be interested.

Minnie cruisers for fun PvP, Amarr BSs for serious fleet work, only need to plug in the book to fly Redeemer and working on Dread skills for 'more serious' fleet more or WH C5/C6 escalations now.
