I assume you mean the new armor rep.

News flash, it uses cap all the time, all the nanite paste does is boost the amount repped. Otherwise its business as usual.

I think the word you are looking for is less.

More armor repped, equates to a bigger more cap-hungry repper, which in turn means you are getting the same rep, for less cap.

I for one support CCP looking into a greener profile.

Now to reduce the CO2 footprint on those missiles CCP. We're in space, there's no excuse for burning oxygen Blink

with the ASB, there is no cap use.

with the AAR, it uses cap but boosts 2.25x what a normal rep would, so therefore, if cycled, it would use less cap to get the same job done, provided you have sufficient nanite paste.

No bombs for you in lowsec. If you want to use bombs, please go a few more jumps to nullsec where you can bomb all the people your cold little heart desires.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Nah, let's go ahead and make the full jump to lowsec=Somalia by allowing bombs and bringing back mines (and making them deployable at gates/stations, too). The Sb battleships are admittedly a nice touch.
