It is great to see new changes coming in, some that have been asked for and some completely new. However many of those have the potential of tipping the balance in one direction, or throwing out the scale alltogether. More or less obvious tripmines could be avoided by creating threads for each item that is being changed, in this forum.
As it has been done in FHC: Example

If done with each ship, gun and mod, feedback can be used to your advantage and doesnt drown in various forums.
Keep it up, winter is indeed coming :)

All the values you can see from the bulkdata diffs are not final. They will come to Sisi in the nearish future, you will be able to test them and give more feedback and there will very likely be changes to them before they hit TQ.
