Liquidations

Moving out / need to raise cash quickly? Liquidate your assets without the hassle of logistics and market orders.

>How it works: $5m administration fee payable on acceptance of liquidation agreement. Agreement will include a list of assets to be liquidated (provided by you) and prices agreed (provided by me). Items sold to me via contract minus the admin fee. All items must be Market items and located in a publicly accessible station in Hi or Low sec. All items must not be damaged.

Pawn service

Do you need to use an asset to raise cash without selling it. Pawn your item in for a set period then when you’re ready buy it back. Contact for more details. All items accepted. Prices on request.

>How it works: We agree items and price. The items are then sold to me via a private contract at the agreed price minus a setup fee of $2.5mil. All items must be Market items and located in a publicly accessible station in Hi or Low sec.
At the end of the loan term, you buy the items back at the same cost plus 15% via a contract back to yourself. Items may have moved to a choice of publicly accessible hi-sec location at my discretion.
If buy back is not completed within 48hrs of agreed term end, the items transfer to myself and liquidated to recover the loan amount. You incur no charges and agreement is closed.
Agreements can be extended past the default 1 calendar month (starts from the completion time of the initial contract) by paying a monthly an extension fee of 15% each calendar month no later than 48hrs from an agreed terms completion point.
Buy back can occur at any stage throughout a term on payment of the full monthly 15% loan fee.
Example: We agree a loan on item A for $100mil for 1 month. You contract the item to myself for $100mil – the setup fee of $2.5mil = $97.5mil. You can close the agreement at any time, buying the item back for $97.5mil + the term fee of 15% (100x1.15) $115mil (total cost is $17.5mil in this example equivalent to 17.5%. That’s less than VAT in real life).
If you wished to extend the term, you would be required to pay the 15% term fee ($15mil). The items will be held for another term (1 month). When you’re ready, buy the items back for the loan amount + the monthly fee as above for $115mil.
