Seems Eve needs more then ship balancing over and over... something new... to grow or to die yes!

Who wants more ship tweaks? Now get to work with new content.

-> Homesteads would encourage the new to PVP while providing a bit of safety
-> Homesteads would get the high sec types to move more easily into Low/Null

We all win with a greater population in low and null!!

So CCP, do something about what you've talked about for years...

Since the wormhole expansion, Eve's been the same old thing, fun but the same year after yearsssss.

I'll might just re-sub in a few months and take a look around, I want value for my real dollars.

Quit the tweaks and do something
