Character Bazaar

Looking for a relatively low SP char to do some FW with in the Amarr faction.

My budget is around 5Bn, negotiable.

I'm looking for:
- Amarr Frig 5
- Amarr Cruiser 5 (desirable but lvl 4 is acceptable)
- Decent gunnery (5s desirable, 4s acceptable)
- Improved - Elite Core skills (reference in-game certificates, i.e Core Fitting, Navigation, ect...)
- Must be able to fit T2 tank, guns, propulsion, and other common mods.

* I will of course consider characters cross-trained from Amarr and will pay accordingly.

What I'm not looking for
- Chars with a lot of non-combat related SP. I just wont be making any use of it.
- Chars whose SP is heavily invested in T3s, BS, or Large gunnery. I wont be flying Tech 3s, faction battleships, ect...
- Chars whose SP is heavily invested in support roles, i.e. lvl 5s in EWAR, leadership, ect...
