WTB Amarr cap pilot (or pilot in training)

I'm looking to expand my roster to include a cap pilot, must be either able to pilot archon or rev or both OR training towards that goal.

I'm NOT looking for industrial/trade/science skills however leadership skills are fine
I'm NOT looking for frigate/cruiser/BC skills nor am I looking for a cross trained pvp god

I want to see what you can offer me! be assured the isk is waiting for the right pilot and when I find him or her I will pay the right money for it.

1 last thing, any pilots that are not currently able to fly the ships I am after MUST have at least amarr BS 5 and large energy turret 5 OR drone interfacing 5 (depending on what you were training to)
