I cant wait for the absolute treasure trove of trollable threads that people like the OP will spawn after the skill change is finally implemented and they claim that it didnt happen the way they interpreted it would.

To the Troll-Mobile! Na-na-na-na-na-na.......

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Trolling is a art. Congratulations to OP for baiting a dev.

Dude why you be trolling?

That's a lie. I bet you know when!

You could just say "I don't know", but you do not want to lie and so you are hiding the truth! Admit it!!

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

This may not be the worst thread in history, but it can definitely see it from where its sitting.

Am I missing something? I am able to fly a command ship right now, but I do not have the warfare skills to 5. Under the "if you could fly it before...." rule, does that mean I will be given the appropriate skills points to raise those warfare skills to 5? I would like to know so I can plan accordingly.

However, unless I am mistaken, if you have a skill injected (in this case, Command Ships) but you don't have the NEW prerequisites trained (some Leadership skills to V, in this case), you will be able to fly the ship all the same, but you won't be able to train the skill further.

So, you have Command Ships IV but you lack the prerequisites once the changes take place > you won't be able to queue Command Ships V.

Actually they've announced they are changing that.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Interesting.....
Of course, why would you not train the base leadership skills to V, it's free tank for you.

To be fair to the OP, it is a poorly written Devblog. Aside from the many many grammatical and spelling errors within, the use of the word reimbursement is misleading:

re·im·burse [ree-im-burs] Show IPA
verb (used with object), re·im·bursed, re·im·burs·ing.
1. to make repayment to for expense or loss incurred: The insurance company reimbursed him for his losses in the fire.
2. to pay back; refund; repay.

There is no repayment taking place, because nothing is being lost. They should have called it skill point redistribution or reallocation, or something of that nature.

CCP: please raise your game. I realise that you don't bother testing your own game but perhaps you would be diligent enough to proofread your own devblogs?
