As someone mentioned "DC Meetup" mailing list is where I put most of this out.

Last meetup was in DC proper and this one we are going to be meeting at http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-cue-club-annandale.

Still working out a firm date but we are leaning towards Feb 23rd.
