EVE seems like a game that could easily be setup for touch controls for most everything. Anyone here planning on getting the Surface Pro and seeing how EVE plays on it? Would be pretty awesome to play from the couch! :)

Heh.

Pro is just a laptop pretending to be a tablet. No reason why EVE shouldn't work, though touch may be more fiddly than you think.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

Word.
I first dealt with 'touch screen' controls in computers some 30 years ago in the Nav. They were twitchy back then, and haven't really become much more precise, though they are more durable.
Interface point-of-contact is a large part of the problem: Fingertips are large and imprecise. Maybe if everyone trimmed their nails to nice sharp points..?

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

Capacitive screens don't work that way. :)
