- Ability to fly & fit Exhumers
- Good Mining Skills
- Good Manufacture & Research Skills
- Good Planetary Interaction Skills
- Good Refining Skills
- High Standing with at least one NPC Corp
- Decent Trade Skills
- Decent Transport / Freighter Skills
- Decent Drone Skills
- Cybernetics Lv5
- Positive Wallet
- Positive Sec Status
- Located in Low or High-Sec and docked up

Anything besides the above requirements is just great

Budget: 13.5b

Hello.

I know it doesnt meet your requirements but would you consider a mining fleet ? Instead of one skilled pilot ?

Yield would be at least 2-3x better than any perfect miner pilot.
