Account stolen - CCP takes a month to respond

I, for one, do not want CCP to transfer accounts from one person to another without doing a thorough investigation first.

Can you imagine the scams? All you need is a sweatshop of a few dozen people CONSTANTLY petitioning CCP that their account was stolen, hoping to get accounts transferred to their name.

Don't buy ISK, though. It's silly, since you can just buy PLEX and sell them in-game and risk none of your account information.

It probably got banned by CCP for EULA violations. You are on the petition ignore list. Do not buy isk..
