Proteus PVP Fit

I'm looking at some proteus fits and this is what i've come down to.

I like both, simply because the first one got room for a cap booster, but the 2nd one is so much stronger EHP and DPS wise.
Any suggestions/Ideas?

On the first setup swap the DC II for a RAH.

It will give you more buffer since your Armor far outweights Shield and Structure combined in HP and you don't have to be afraid of the slightly iffy cap cost.

The second fit is the standard one but you need a scram not a disruptor

I'd put a scram on if i were to fly in a gang, but this fit is aimed at solo use catching people at gates. the scram range at 14KM is just not enough to do that.
