what corp is this for? where are you located? these are important things if you want leaders. I am good with missions and like leading them but it makes a big differance where you are for relocation reasons. Who you are is the absolute basic if you want to recruit. Without that we know nothing about the corp, the direction it wants to go or its history. I understand not wanting to be spammed in game but at least put the alt in the corp you are recruting for.

Very true what you say, however when planning strategically its not in ones favour to show your hand too early. A potential leader would know that ! You have to weigh the consiquences against results and in this circumstance its best to play safe for now.

I also have the opinion that inquisitive people make the best people in terms of productivity. Thats saying done me very well in RL and eve and i see no need to change it yet.
