Broker Fee V but 0.25% with standing

My caldari state standing 7.47 caldari navy standing 8.4
and Broker Fee skill V

My broker fee is 0.25% while make order in jita 4-4
I heard that the least broker fee is 0.18%, how do that?

BTW ,I have no flight skills without L1 missions by flying railgun Merlin, eggs pain :(

It should be the lowset 0.18%. but mine is 0.25%

The lowest value is not reached until 10/10 standing, so when you have a standing of 8/9, your value is a bit higher.

FWIW; My standings toward

Gallente Federation: 7,28
Duvolle Laboratories: 9,92

Broker Relations skill at level five and my broker fee is 0,24%

Those are the values I can see in-game. When I use the formula in the pic Tau linked the Broker fee value is 0,24495%

EDIT: forgot the 'unmodified by skills' part, fixed the numbers to reflect that.

Addendum: for ***** and giggles I calculated the broker fee for 9,99/9,99 corp/faction standings: 0,18776%

Summa summarum? Looks like the thing works as advertised.

Considering how the mathematics work on gaining standings it really is impossible. You can get closer and closer (meaning getting more nines in the decimal places -> 9.9999999999999) but you can't never ever reach 10.0. The game client might show the standings as 10.0 but it's just rounded up from 9.99999something.
