Hello, players of eve online!

Here is my first round of adding on to eve-online. All the added gates & systems for now. Below are the pictures with rounds

SYSTEMTYPE - NPC - OUTLAW SPACE AND YOU!

TUG-OF-WAR - GAME SET UP FOR NPC OUTLAW SPACE!

Say we will use planets, and the Custom Offices, to Gain "NPC-=-System-Owner-Type"
Next this Gain of ownership would only effect Corporations which own part of the space with the "Many Others."
**Owning more then one Custom Office would not give you any more ownership of the system.**
Fighting would be very easy of course just shoot each-others Custom Offices, which would have timers "3" hours. MAX ONLY!

"Since this is different space, local should only show numbers in chat channel and you must find them and who they are."



SYSTEM--GAINS AND HOW? 4/26/13

THE QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWER! and HOW YOU SHOULD GAIN THEM! thanks to much ado feedback guys!

The fight will begin for access the gains for income not only by BOUNTIES! But the many different types to gain from.... here is list the systems which will help you build stuff which dose not have a BLUE PRINT! That's right first time ever! You will have too build stuff!

SYSTEM GAINS TYPES: Loot drop from NPC's, Bounties, Drone Poo, Ring Mining, Spawn Mining! and Alloys from Salvage!

One-use (consumable) modules! ---> No Blue Prints for building them guys sorry! Use your brains and make something new and surprise us all!

ROUND THREE: 4/26/13
System Battle Timers: How long can we control? Dose it take large force to reset the timers?
System timers, fighting for control of the Custom Office! You wont need large ARMY! Just you and a few friends! The Gains?

Apparently, EVE Trolled me again.

Delev is too much like Delve. You switched two letters around. Not original enough. EVE does NOT, I repeat, DOES NOT need more sov to be owned. Sov means jack squat to alliances like TEST, and god forbid, Goons. What EVE needs is another "Tech" war. Personally, I think CCP should introduce solar harvesting, which would be available to Nullsec (Non-NPC), and WHs. Basically, each Sun gives a different type of "energy". Different energy types can be used to create different things. Such as a more advanced fuel type for capitals, allows for an "overheating" of a jump drive or jump portal. Overheating for a jump bridge would increase its range by a small % every level of it, overheating the jumpdrive would consume more fuel but increase jump range, with overheating, you have a chance to "break it", meaning you overheat the engine too much, and it fails completely (Needs to be repaired by a special module (supercaps/titans only)). Subcaps would get overheating of warpdrives, allowing them to warp faster, but consume more capacitor/energy to do it.

CCP needs to come up with more unique ways to change game play. They also need to think about capital explosions, when a titan or supercap dies, anyone in a x km range gets hit with a blaster (smartbomb) that damages active modules. The closer you are the more damage your modules take (Overheat damage), farther you are away, the less damage you take. Drones would temporarily be disabled (5 - 15 seconds for subcap, fighters/bombers 10 - 30 seconds).

Great thread title! Have you lived in all the existing areas? I'm working on it myself, In three years I have maybe 5 done. But with all of the sov changes I have to revisit a couple of those.

Seriously though, adding a few more gates could shake up travel around certain systems.

By all means add few hundred more WHs, but adding unconnected K-space systems would just make them cap manufacturing plants, all but inaccessible to anything with out jumpdrive or the ability to bridge. So no. Just no.

To answer some of your important questions, I did some more thinking off the cut off area, and would like to really think about making it outlaw space for outlaws. So the space would be pure NPC, with some type of tug-of-war ownership of the system.

Also wondering, if we add module which would allow gate hacking allowing players to change what "close" by gate they would like to jump to in the future. I would like to keep the space "only" gain by worm hole from that region.


Let me know what you think, so far so the new gates which I have add looks good should we add any more? would this have good out come. will update the picture bit more with information.

Player own space is what it is right now, changing it would not make much sense as player want this and that change making it very hard to change how why were we could live. So take a step back, and look at all the option we could do before changing it. So having look at this theme and ideas which go behind this... it is what it is....

The new gates your proposing CCP should add, (because unless you secretly are a dev I don't see it happening, even then the chances are less than slim,) look amazing... for TEST.

You suggest adding more space so smaller groups can claim some, yet you put it on the other side of the biggest alliance in the game...
Yeah, that's not borked at all...
Wonder how many tech and neo moon's would be there...

If you think there should be more space, suggest that, (like many others have.)
If it is decided by CCP that it should happen, they will decide where.

Good bad and ugly!

I gone over much needed changes and will be adding new level system for the players. Change up will include different types of ownership, easy.simple etc etc. The different types of systems will allow more risk and income for big and low class of eve.

Will be uploading more images soon guys, plus I have redone the map some for the cut off space which we are looking at for more playable styles.

Updated my ideas: Overview so far..

Systems will be build for small or big player base groups.
Systems can interact with one other like Blood types giving you more of gain.
Systems can be fought in few hours too day max.
Systems which can be taken in few hours will be highs gain systems.
Systems which can take the player base "a day" will be lowest gain, while the option to make it worth more over time.

Far as how you gain the systems. in-looking in too new ways of system gain other then just SHOOT my Sov Marker

That's far as i got for now please leave feedback thanks. Also updated the maps for everyone to see.
With the south map, I place the cut off area in the empty areas, unlike delve its one big pill area.

At this point what types of "Sovereignty" wars should we add into the game other then one set fits for all needs?

Going to be doing some testing of the idea with ships and modules already base in game we will see how this plays out.

Gate hacking to cut off space? some kind of new way to jump to cut off space?

So if you take some space and own it with your corp/alliance name the system would give better PVE or mining?

The issue with EvE is not space, its POWER PROJECTION.

no matter how many systems you add, the MOST change you might see is TEST or Goons bringing in an extra pet or two to farm them money.

until it takes a full day or more to move a 500 man capital fleet from one end of nullsec to another, EvE will forever have the nullsec we see now, because as it stands in a matter of hours ANY alliance can have its ENTIRE fleet deployed to wherever its needed, that coupled with measured timers on structures and you will NEVER have an alliance have to choose between 2 assets to defend.

so yeah, JB's, OP. titan bridges? nerf them to hell and give titans a role thats actually fun besides glorified bussing services.

after more feedback updated some stuff looking for feedback on this user made exp.
