When you set a Standing on a pilot Excellent -> Terrible, it would be nice if you could also place a brief note for why you gave that standing and that this brief note would be part of the pop-up information when you hover the cursor over that pilot in space, in the overview, in the chat window.

This would be especially nice for when your corporation or alliance has set a standing on a pilot. When I see these pilots in space or elsewhere I'd like to know why they have the standing they have. Where they very helpful and generous to our corp, or where they a corp thief who was booted from the corp.

But even for my own standing sets, I often don't remember why I set the standing I did on a particular pilot. Yeah I could place that info in the 'notes' section for them, but that's harder to access and doesn't give me the brief synopsis that would appear when I hover my cursor over that pilot.
