Looking mostly for skills in engineering/gunnery/missiles

Would prefer secondary combat skills related to minmatar, but is not required.
Would also prefer enough industry to pilot a covetor at minimum.
Would prefer to be able to pilot freighter/be within 2 weeks of flying one.
