Of course its a fresh character. I dont want standings to impact this one way or the other. I'll broker for red alliances too.

You should attempt to understand something. In EvE you can't propose 3rd party services and expect people to use your services, simply because there is no guarantee of justice if any misbehavior from the 3rd partty occurs.

Basically in EvE you have to gain trust from the community and be an important member or not a single person will trust you and buy your services.
