ISD react on the thread being in the wrong section, but not the RMT?

I guess there is a firm stance against misplaced threads within CCP.

he is not actually RMting anything if you bothered to follow the link the 20 is what that trailer voice website charges, so if you want one in your video you will have to pay for it. technically if he paid for it then charged isk it would be RMTing.. cause reading comprehension is hard.
any how interesting idea, might contact you about it when i free up some iskies from other investments

I followed the link, and being a form of advertisement - it's RMT. Doesn't really matter how it's conducted. For all we know he could be one of the voice actors.

Same rule would apply if you pasted ads for treatments to grow the size of your testicles, even if you need big ones to make a good video it doesn't belong here.
