Well you appear to be a pretty well thought out person that doesn't want the usually spam so I wont give it to you. My corp also isn't an exactly what you are looking for but it is close and I like you wanting to work as a team, since that is fully what our corp is based around.

Who am I? I am a Director for the recently founded Cloaky Merc corp Hades Effect. I've flown with Noir. for the last year and BL. for a month or so before I made this corp with my friends. Our CEO started Bombers Bar and our other Directors have similar experiences. So we fully understand teamwork and our "field" of work. One of which FC'd this drop.

We had 7 members in that fleet. that's ~ 40% of our corp.

What we offer? A PvP corp that knows what it wants to do and how to get there. We are active as you can see by our killboard. We are however just starting so we don't have our full independence but we are getting closer every day. We are a merc corp, so we don't exactly "live" in one spot. We base out of Amarr and got to the nearby nullsec for PvP when not on contract. When we are on contract we can be anywhere in 0.0 space, 90% this will be hostile space. We almost always fly cloaky/covert ships which require team work to use in their very nature, this is why its important to our corp. You can't do a hot drop without 6 different roles working together. You can't do a effective bombing run without 7 of your buddies beside you.

Addressing your wants:

Industrial: We could always use industrials to make stuff for us but don't expect help from the corp as a whole. The primary use is to haul fuel to our staging systems in 0.0 space while we are on contract. Keep in mind I won't be hiring you as an industrial pilot.
PvP: This is what we do and we specialize as you guessed already in the dark "clandestine" part of it. We do however let our members fly whatever they want when not on contract.
RP: We have no FW/political ties as we are a merc corp. However we will probably never take a contract against the Federation either as we are an 0.0 merc corp.
Adventure: Needless to say, you will never know where you will end up next with us so you will travel around a fair amount.
Activity: We are small, yet active. Our killboard proves this, we are also pulling in newer members everyday. We do have a quantity over quality attitude.
Team Work: I've touched on this enough I think.
