the only issue I see is the fact that there is an ever increasing number of rude and idiotic recruits.
You job is to present evidence on why I should let you into my corp. Not the other way around. I dont care if they are titan pilots that can fly every ship and do anything in the game. My corp is built on mutial respect and trust.

It's like a reverse gang bang. Very thoughtful of u as every geek wants 6 or 8 chicks on him. Anyhow for real, smart and about time. Makes more sense and CCP needs to give this channel some loves. KUDOS and keep it rolling.....P

Brilliant idea! Recruiting can be hard enough with the vast amount of conversations that'll go on in a channel at once, it would be nice if things were a little more organized like this!

This channel is a great idea! Right now its decently quiet in there cause it's mostly recruiters who cannot talk cause this channel is for the recruits to talk, so recruits come and advertise yourself we are waiting.

Also, corps looking for alliances can advertise for their recruitment into an alliance (just not for their own ads on getting members)...at least I've never seen corps wanting an alliance turned down.

Great idea --horrible moderating.

Jane, or some designated moderator, needs to mute the idiots who do not know how to use "private convo" and spam the channel with their mindless banter.

The more off-topic brainless babble there is, the less and less players with a reasonable IQ will actually use the channel.

The solution is simple: mute or ban a few of the morons that spam the channel with their clueless crap, advertise the fact that some members have been banned from spamming the channel, and that will put a quick halt to that. Jane needs to step up and mute these idiots.

If that is done, the channel can become very useful.

In the MOTD, in big red letters, it says:

-No off topic conversations will be permitted and is cause for muting

It’s a great idea. Needs a bit of work with mod stuff but as of this morning and spending the last few hours in there, it has done the job needed and done it right.
I support the idea and offer any help that I can.

Great place to pick up pilots, the chatter is low, and well moderated. Our corp has recruited few great pilots from this channle already and expect to get afew more.

How long where you there Tasiv, Its still in its initial stages all though its come along way in the past few months. Pilots come in waves of posting. otherwise it is pretty quiet. But thats the point. to allow the room for when pilots post.
iv personally found 3 pilots through the channel that have contributed.

can always idle there.
