Yeah how?

Do you have to place your own first?

What about ecu's?

When on a Planet. Right click on empty surface and select "Show other characters' networks"

- This will show up small hard to see dots(Command Centers)
- Clicking a dot will reveal that users structures and links
- It won't reveal his placement of Extractor heads

Oh and to clarify, you don't need to put your own Command Center on a planet to see other CCs. To spot other CCs easier I advice you search for a material on the Planet and adjust the thermal slider for the resources to a minimal so the whole Planet area becomes White.

TIP: Adjust the scan so the planet is completely white. Other CC will be easier to spot.
